How ordering works
Online checkout isn’t live yet. Send an order request and we reply with a secure Stripe payment link. Card details are entered on Stripe’s page — never on yourmug.top.
Returns & refunds
14-day right of withdrawal, plus free replacement for anything that arrives broken. The details are in the Refund & Returns Policy.
Who runs YourMug
YourMug is currently operated by an individual (sole trader in formation, no registered company yet). Legally required details are on the Impressum page.
