1. Who we are

YourMug (“we”, “us”) operates the website yourmug.top. YourMug is currently run by an individual, not yet a registered company — full legally required contact details are on our Impressum page.

2. How an order is made

Online checkout is not active yet. You send us an order request through the form on this site; that request is an enquiry, not a binding order. We then reply with a payment link. A contract is formed only once you complete that payment and we confirm the order by email.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in Euro (EUR). Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. We never collect card or bank details on yourmug.top and we do not store them.

5. Right of withdrawal, returns & refunds

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on our products. Personalised items (for example a monogrammed mug made to your chosen initial) are excluded under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Warranty for defects

Statutory warranty rights for defective goods apply in full and are not limited by these terms.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
